Located on a 1,203.87 m² linear site that subtly expands toward the rear, this multi-residential development presented a unique spatial challenge that required a careful and iterative design approach. The distinctive geometry of the lot informed a tailored massing strategy aimed at maximizing the buildable footprint while maintaining compliance with local zoning bylaws and municipal planning regulations.

To address functional requirements, vehicular circulation—including access for fire and waste management services—was integrated efficiently within the site plan. On-site parking is accommodated at the basement level, preserving ground-level continuity and enhancing pedestrian flow.

A central lobby on the ground floor serves as the primary access point and vertical circulation hub, linking to the upper residential floors. The development comprises approximately 47 residential units, each thoughtfully designed at 50 m² to meet specific zoning constraints. The units are predominantly one-bedroom layouts, each with expansive private balconies that encourage indoor-outdoor living, increase daylight penetration, and support a more sustainable, high-quality urban lifestyle.
